1. Acceptance of Terms
These terms and conditions apply to the Kiran's Callbreak Card Game (hereafter referred to as Application) for mobile devices, created by KiranGameStudio (hereafter referred to as Service Provider) as a Free service. By downloading or using this Application, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using the game. Unauthorized copying, modifying, reverse engineering, extracting source code, translating, or creating derivative works of this Application is strictly prohibited. All trademarks, copyrights, and intellectual property related to this Application remain the property of the Service Provider. The Service Provider strives to keep the Application functional and efficient. However, they reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue services or features at any time. If any charges are introduced in the future, users will be clearly notified beforehand. The Application processes personal data (only when you sign in with Google) to provide online services such as multiplayer gameplay, cloud saves, and leaderboard functionality. You are responsible for maintaining access control and security of your device. The Service Provider strongly advises not to jailbreak or root your device as it may cause security vulnerabilities, malware risk, and improper functionality of the Application.
2. Third-Party Services Used
Our Application integrates trusted third-party services to deliver essential game features and ensure smooth functionality. These services help manage multiplayer gameplay, user login, cloud storage, analytics, crash reporting, and advertisements. Each of these platforms follows their own Terms & Conditions and privacy standards. We recommend reviewing their policies to understand how your data may be handled by these providers. We use Photon Fusion 2 to enable online multiplayer gameplay and real-time matchmaking. Firebase Authentication helps players securely sign in using Google accounts, while Firebase Firestore stores user game progress, coins, scores, and gameplay records in the cloud. To improve game performance and resolve issues, we rely on Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics. Additionally, Google AdMob is used to display ads within the game, helping us support development and keep the game free to play. The game also utilizes Google Play Services for core Android and game-related functionalities. These services operate independently and may collect and use information based on their respective policies.
3. In-App Purchases
In-App Purchases made in our app are non-refundable. Once a purchase is completed, the amount cannot be returned, reversed, or exchanged for cash or any other item. All purchases are handled securely through the official payment platform (Google Play Billing / your IAP plugin), and we do not have the ability to manually issue refunds. If a user faces any technical issue with a purchase, they can contact us, and we will assist with support but refunds are not guaranteed.
4. User Responsibility
Game features require an active internet connection. The Service Provider is not responsible if the Application does not work due to:
- No internet / weak connection
- Data limit exceeded
- Device software issues
- Battery draining or device shutdown
- Game interruption due to network or device failure
If you are using mobile data, you are responsible for any data charges, including roaming charges. If the device belongs to someone else, we assume you have permission to use their data and internet.
5. Game Usage Rules
- All coins, rewards, and items are virtual only and have no real money value.
- Players cannot convert game coins into real currency.
- Cheating, hacking, or modifying game files will result in account ban or restrictions.
- Guest users progress is stored locally, and may be lost if data is cleared.
- Google-sign-in users can store and restore their game data via cloud.
- Users may delete account anytime.
6. Liability & App Updates
While we try to keep the Application updated and accurate, errors may occur due to third-party systems. We are not responsible for losses caused by:
- Gameplay interruption.
- Server issues.
- Device malfunction.
- Updates or maintenance.
The app may update automatically. If you do not install updates, some features may stop working. We may terminate services anytime without notice, and users must stop using and uninstall the app if required.
7. Changes to Terms
These Terms & Conditions may be updated occasionally. You are advised to check this page regularly. Continued use of the app means you accept the updated terms.
